We also use cookies and analytics tools to understand how you use our platform.
We use your data to provide and improve VibeCheckIt, process payments and earnings, send you updates and support messages, personalize your experience, analyze usage trends, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share data with service providers who help us operate VibeCheckIt (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services). Brands can see public posts tagged to them, but personal information is protected. Law enforcement may receive data if legally required.
We use cookies to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if you disable cookies.
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what data we collect, delete your data, and opt-out of data sales (which we don't do anyway). We keep your personal data as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we retain some data for legal, tax, and business purposes. Deleted reviews remain on the platform but are anonymized.
