By accessing and using VibeCheckIt, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on VibeCheckIt. By posting content, you grant VibeCheckIt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content. You represent and warrant that you have the right to post all content and that it does not violate any laws or rights of third parties.
Creators earn $0.40 per 1,000 views on their reviews. VibeCheckIt retains 20% of earnings for platform operations, payment processing, and support. Creators keep 80%. Earnings are calculated monthly and paid on the 15th of the following month. Minimum payout is $5. Earnings are non-refundable.
A 'vibe check' is a formal notice filed when a creator has a bad experience at a restaurant. Once filed, the restaurant receives a notification and must respond within 7 days. Vibe checks are public and visible on the restaurant's profile. False or malicious vibe checks may result in account suspension. Restaurants have the right to respond and dispute vibe checks.
You may not post content that: (a) is illegal or violates local laws, (b) infringes on intellectual property rights, (c) is defamatory, obscene, or harassing, (d) contains false or misleading health information, (e) includes spam or promotional content, or (f) violates community standards. Violations result in content removal and possible account suspension.
Restaurants using VibeCheckIt agree to respond to vibe checks honestly and address legitimate concerns. Repeated failure to respond or fraudulent responses may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.
VibeCheckIt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
VibeCheckIt is provided 'as is.' We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeCheckIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
